We all have loved ones that we don't get to see very often. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase with receipt, and the item(s) must be in unworn/unused condition with tags attached if applicable. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit/ gift card.
Seasonal/ Holiday merchandise, food and beverage items, jewelry, sale and clearance items are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Order online but picking up in store? You have 14 days to pick up and return the items for a refund. This offers you a few days to pick up the item. We will hold your order for as long as possible but please note that after the 14 day grace period it's not available for returns. After 30 days, consider it a donation.

If you need to return a purchased item please email hello@shoppineandmoss.com letting us know that you would like to return your item. You have 10 days from the delivery date to return your items. No exceptions.
