Return Policy

Please read confirming our return policy before ordering.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase with receipt. Item(s) must be unworn and unused, with tags attached if applicable. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit or gift card.

Seasonal/holiday merchandise, food and beverage items, jewelry, sale items, and clearance items are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Online Orders with In-Store Pickup-

Orders placed online for in-store pickup must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. You may return eligible items within this 14-day period for a refund. While we will hold your order as long as possible, items not returned within this timeframe are no longer eligible for return. Orders left unclaimed after 30 days will be considered a donation.

If you need to return an item purchased online, please email hello@shoppineandmoss.com within 10 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. No exceptions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items purchased online may be returned in-store within 10 days of purchase with receipt.

Please note: Pine & Moss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged or Broken Items-

While we take great care in packaging your order, if your item arrives damaged, you must email hello@shoppineandmoss.com within 72 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

These photos are required for insurance and shipping carrier claims.
