      Meet the artist

      My name is Collette (Marie) Mason and I'm the artist behind CMarie Northwest. I am a self-taught artist who believes life's a journey of learning and improving, and I strive to do that every day in my painting practice.

      Growing up an Army Brat I traveled the world but found roots in Washington when I moved here for college. I fell in love with the PNW’s trees, mountains, rocky coastlines, and endless opportunities for adventure. The amazing land and water-scapes are what drew me to begin my journey with watercolor and I’ve never looked back.
