Clacker Noise Maker
CLACKER TOY - Remember these colorful plastic clackers from when we were kids? It is basically a handle with 2 plastic balls attached on swinging arms. Rotate the toy just right with the correct speed and momentum and you can get them slapping and clapping against each other. It is fun when you can get the one arm to swing into a still ball, which then stops that one and puts the other in motion. Makes a cool repetitive sound for auditory learners. Makes a great party favor. Each clacker is 7.75" tall and has a 6" arm with ball.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase with receipt, and the item(s) must be in unworn/unused condition with tags attached if applicable. Returns will be issued in the same manner the item was purchased.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. Items purchased online can be returned in store, as long as it is within 10 days of purchase with receipt.
