It pairs well with strong cheese, meats and even your coffee! For this product we source honey from Northwest Washington beekeepers, and then after cool smoking this honey, the flavor is imbued with rich bonfire notes. At a crossroads between sweet and savory, it is equally suited for desserts, barbecues, roasting and maybe even breakfast. This honey will crystallize. Don't fret.
