Fitness Classes with Vanessa


Vanessa Hartmann has always had a passion to be active. From sports to running marathons and teaching fitness classes. Her background includes a bachelor’s and masters in exercise science and health promotion as well as experience teaching group fitness, personal training, holistic nutrition, spin, yoga, pilates, functional equipment and momma and kiddo workouts. Vanessa believes in exercise being accessible to all as well as it being creative and fun to keep you coming back for the next movement session. She has experienced and overcome personal injuries and teaches each participant to truly learn how to listen to their body. Remember that feeling after a workout to get you started.
