It pairs well with strong cheese, meats and even your coffee! For this product we source honey from Northwest Washington beekeepers, and then after cool smoking this honey, the flavor is imbued with rich bonfire notes. At a crossroads between sweet and savory, it is equally suited for desserts, barbecues, roasting and maybe even breakfast. This honey will crystallize. Don't fret. Order online but picking up in store? You have 14 days to pick up and return the items for a refund. This offers you a few days to pick up the item. We will hold your order for as long as possible but please note that after the 14 day grace period it's not available for returns. After 30 days, consider it a donation.
