Witch Hat Felt Garland
We love everything Kailo Chic makes and her Halloween garlands are ADORABLE. So much so we decided to get them ALL. Each garland comes with a resealable pink bag for storage.
I put a spell on you! Cute felt witch hat garland features 8 witch hats with a colorful band. String measures 6' and hats can be adjusted on the length of the string.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase with receipt, and the item(s) must be in unworn/unused condition with tags attached if applicable. Returns will be issued in the same manner the item was purchased.
